This blog post features a number of designs (for one client), created over a number of years.
The designs are in spilt into 5 parts (3 of which can be seen here)
They are created in the same style, to feel part of one whole design.
The 2 designs below, are for the forearm.
Final Design
This design features shapes & symbolism related to the element of water.
You will notice, waves, an icosahedron, the elemental triangle, impossible triangles, moon, flowing water, frozen water , water molecules
The Sacral Chakra is the 2nd Chakra & is often depicted as a lotus flower with 6 petals.
Many of of the motifs in this design feature 6 sides, points or lines.
This symbol is the top right of a pentagram.
The top right of the symbol relates to water.

The Icosahedron is the fifth and final platonic solid , having 20 triangular sides.
You can see a 3d version in the design.
The Icosahedron is associated with the element of Water and corresponds to the Sacral Chakra.
Water symbolises movement, flow, and change.
It allows for freedom of expression, creativity and movement
Many of of the motifs in this design feature 6 sides, points or lines.

Final Design
This design features shapes & symbolism related to the element of air.
You will notice, clouds, octahedron, elemental air triangle, oxygen symbols & molecules.
It is linked to the Heart Chakra; the centre for love, compassion & our spiritual nature.
This chakra is where we access our healing and nurturing aspects.
The Heart Chakra is the 4th Chakra & is often depicted as a lotus flower with 12 petals. It is also associated with a 6 pointed star.
This symbol is the top right of a pentagram
The top left of the symbol relates to water.

The third of the platonic solids is the octahedron having 8 triangular sides.
It symbolises the element of air.
Resting on a point, it signifies the careful balance of multiple forces.
The shape of the Octahedron symbolises reflection, compassion and healing.
